About the Founder of True Creatures
I’m Gunnar Steden, a chef, creator, and hospitality protector with over 28 years of experience spanning Germany, Australia, and the U.S. I completed my culinary apprenticeship in Germany and trained in classical French cuisine before leading culinary programs in luxury hotels and iconic venues like One World Trade Center. As a gold medal-winning chef in national and international competitions, I bring both creative vision and operational precision.
